“From the first contact with Sue at your office I felt that we were dealing with a person that was truly professional in her manner and presentation.

We were all a bit frightened by what we saw as a daunting situation that had to be dealt. Within a very short period Sue made us realise that it was nothing more than a process we had to go through and provided we followed the guidelines everything would be all right.

We had a plan of action laid out by Sue from writing a press release explaining why the business was transferring to Salisbury to meeting staff and discussing their options going forward and the rather unpleasant part of explaining to others why we were having to let them go.

Sue spoke to staff at all meetings to ensure we made no mistakes with Michael Ranger Dealer Principal present. I had to be the impartial person to whom an appeal could be made should any member of staff not be happy with the outcome.

I have to say that as far as I am aware we have had no comeback from any part of the process to which we were all very pleased.
